ARVIND BAGAVATH SINGH

A contemporary architect with philosophy and tradition of the western world, recognising the new social conditions and designing to focus on the changing role of spaces and its relationship with individuals and groups. He is meticulous in the methods of construction of architectural forms using materials and consultants to bring about the best solutions.

Completed his architecture from NITT(REC, Trichy) and Masters from SAP, Anna university, Chennai. His role as regional Manager / Project Principle Exceed International a US based real estate company strengthened his aptitude to visualise and analyse the best solutions before start of a project.

SUJITHA ARVIND

Considered a modern architect but all her designs are deeply rooted to the cultural heritage, with the carefully crafted spaces, elements and materials, yet able to bring in the freshness of a contemporary architecture.

Completed her architecture from NITT(REC, Trichy) and Masters from SAP, Anna university, Chennai and has immense experience designing a large variety of buildings. Her expertise is in conceptualisation and crystallisation of the clients needs into design. Her stint as Lead architect, Exceed International a US based real estate Company, helped her develop a knack for tackling designs for any scenario near or far.

AA Dezine Studios has a strictly defined organisation that allows for quick communication and effective task management. Principle Architect Arvind is responsible for firm management and project management. AA Dezine Studios Design team is lead by architect Sujitha. This team is responsible for pro design, schematic design and design development. With an incredibly diverse background this team is effective in designing for all possible locations and scenario. AA Dezine Studios production team is headed by Arvind. Production at AA Dezine Studios includes Construction Drawings, Bidding and Construction administration. The consultancy involves architectural design from concept to detailed component design, all negotiations with regulatory and statutory bodies and liaison with other consultants and contractors.

OUR APPROACH

We approach every project on its own terms, and treat every commission as a conversation with our clients, to which we bring our experience not our preconceptions. Our work is contemporary and thoughtful. It seeks to explore the physical and cultural qualities of places through investigation and observation. The results combine originality with sensitivity and are responsive to the environment. We enjoy the relationship between form and matter, and are interested in a way of building that is direct and unpretentious. Our work is informed by history and memories whist being contemporary and forward thinking.
